How to use this app
Every day the telecallers (Poonam, Promila) call each new customer to confirm their made-to-order cover, and post the recording in the WhatsApp group. This app transcribes each call, writes it as Agent–Customer dialogue, pulls out the key details, and flags likely mistakes so you only have to check the risky ones.
- ⬆ Upload & audit (top-right, admins only) — this is how you run an audit yourself: export the Neodrift Website Calls chat from WhatsApp with media and drop the .zip in. Pick a window (latest day → everything), see the cost, and the app transcribes the new clips and audits them right here — no computer needed.
- The list is compact — each call is one small row. Tap a card to expand its full details (attributes, flags, transcript); tap again to collapse.
- Coloured bar / badge = the verdict. CRITICAL = almost certainly wrong (fix before production). CHECK = likely a missed detail. REVIEW = couldn't fully audit (no audio / not in Shopify). CLEAN = looks fine.
- Attribute boxes = what the customer actually confirmed on the call (Model Year, Fabric, Additional Fittings, etc.). A red box = out of the ordered cover's fitment. A yellow box = a change from a plain standard order.
- Flags explain exactly what to check (e.g. an engine guard the caller didn't log, or a model year outside the cover's fitment range).
- One tap expands the whole call — summary, attribute boxes, flags, the caller's WhatsApp remark and the ordered SKU side-by-side. Only the Full transcript (the romanized Agent–Customer conversation, no Hindi script) needs a second tap.
- Tick Audited (on each row / card — no need to open it) once you've checked a call. Admins can also override the verdict and add a note inside.
- Opens as a table on a computer and cards on a phone — switch anytime with the ▤/▦ toggle. Data refreshes when the daily WhatsApp export is processed. Filter by verdict, date, or “Needs review”.
